Self-Pay Payment Methods
Tennessee Centers: Johnson City, Knoxville, Morristown, & Newport.
Pursuant to a recently passed Tennessee state law that is effective August 1, 2020, ReVIDA’s Tennessee locations are no longer permitted to accept cash currency as payment for services delivered to Self-Pay patients. Effective August 1, 2020, the accepted and not accepted forms of Self-Pay payment for ReVIDA’s Tennessee locations are listed below:
- Accepted Forms of Payment: Money order, cashier’s check, debit card (linked to a bank account), and credit card (linked to a financial institution).
- Not Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash currency, personal check, prepaid debit card, and prepaid credit card.
Virginia Centers: Abingdon, Duffield, & Wytheville.
- Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash currency, money order, cashier’s check, prepaid debit card, prepaid credit card, debit card (linked to a bank account), & credit card (linked to a financial institution).
- Not Accepted Forms of Payment: Personal check.
Self-Pay Payment Policy
Tennessee & Virginia Centers:
- Effective August 16, 2020, all Self-Pay patients must submit payment for services in advance of receiving treatment on their scheduled date of service.
